Please read the following carefully:

• Occupancy by accomodation -

• Only two cars/ per accomodation are allowed for the Villa’s guests, given the small parking facilities.
• Dogs and /or other pets are not allowed.
• Upon arrival, a guest book must be signed, listing
  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Date of Birth of the person in charge - listing the names of the other guests staying at the same time.
• A deposit of 100 euros (or $100) must be paid on arrival to receive the automatic gate opener which will be returned upon leaving, when the keys and the gate opener are returned. Only one automatic gate opener is available for each apartment. A second key for the gate is included among the house keys.
• The use of a computer and internet is not available. (There is an internet
  Café’ located just 3 km. in the village in the piazzetta.)
• Telephone use is intended for local calls only. If there is other/ international use, our guests will be billed for the extras as the bill becomes available.
• The house must be left clean, with all the garbage removed and all newspapers and magazines thrown out. Beds must be stripped and dirty linens must be placed in the washing machine or in the appropriate laundry baskets, all kitchen utensils and pots and pans must be cleaned and returned to their appropriate places. All food must be removed from refrigerator and pantry.
• The day of your arrival you are expected to check in by 4:00 p.m. and on The day of departure you are expected to leave by 10:00 a.m. to allow our Agent to clean for the next arriving guests.
